I received excellent service from the moment I arrived at the airport until I arrived at the hospital. As soon as I arrived at Gleneagles Ampang on 8th April, I was admitted at the Intensive Care Unit as my condition was critical. After 6 days, I was discharged to the normal ward after completing the procedure and was given special attention the full 20 days I was there, including a sight-seeing excursion around Kuala Lumpur. Frankly speaking, I was very satisfied, and all the doctors and nurses treated me with warmth, as though I was family. It is as though I have received a second chance to live

I would like to thank our doctor from Island Hospital and express my appreciation for the successful spinal surgery you did on 8th January. You are an extremely talented surgeon and I hold the utmost respect and regard for you. With your diagnosis and help, I could feel a drastic pain relief on my back and legs which I was suffering from for the past 8 years. I often get terrible back and leg pain which makes me can't stand or walk. I was unable to get a proper answer from the consultation and follow-up that I had done in Ipoh for 8 years but you solved it. Now I can walk normally as before.

I am from Palembang, Indonesia, a heart patient of Penang Adventist Hospital (PAH). I have been patronizing PAH for many years. The reason being is, PAH's services is good, the environment is clean and especially, all doctors and nurses are able to speak in Indonesian, which allows me to fully understand without any worries. The operation was completed less than 3 hours, and I can be discharged home on the 5th day. I'm very satisfied with the doctors' skill and happy with the outcome. The medical staff in PAH is very efficient, polite and friendly. I felt as if I am at home and has no worries should my family members were to leave me in the ward for hours, as we all felt at ease knowing that the nurses will take good care of me.

We met a lovely and expert doctor from Island Hospital. She monitored the healing progress of the optic nerve. We had a wonderful and warm experience with her from start to finish.
Not forgetting the clinic staffs for these 3 doctors who were always friendly and professional.
Alhamdullillah, now Suffiya is fully recovered.
I am really grateful to have met these 3 wonderful doctors, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Even though I was worried and another country, I felt at home. The doctors were kind. They were real professionals and made an effort to nsure that I unerstood what I needed to go through. After my surgery, I stayed for a month to let my body recover. I got hat I wished for. To get better. To heal. To regain my health. To feel healthy. To feel alive once again.

First time to Penang and Loh Guan Lye Hospital. The liaison contact very helpful in helping us started from appointment with doctors and guide us with every single step / procedures , until end of process . The doctor also was very detail and I'm so happy with the result and procedures. The facility in hospital is quite complete and very convenient , like money changer , also provide privately.

My name is Daw Aye Thida Khaing and my daughter is Moe Myint Thawtar. My baby was born in Yangon on May 1, 2014 and has been in ICU for almost two months since birth for congenital heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia. Me and my husband were very sad and decided to do everything we can for our baby. We were very excited and looking forward to getting treatment from Malaysia. Finally, we brought our daughter to National Heart Institute with the help of Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council on February 2019. My daughter received a successful operation at IJN. She is now able to live a normal life and is living with a heart rate of 99-100 due to the care of the IJN Hospital.

It was my second visit to PAH since 2016, and I was truly satisfied with the swift modern check up in ENT dept. last Nov.12. My doctor has been very professional, yet humble. I am glad to be one of his patients for regular check-ups. Adventist hospital is super hygienic and have clean cafetaria. See you in 2020.

I was a world away, but somehow the doctors were reassuring. The level of technology available at the hospitas was marvellous! It gave me the confidence to undergo my procedure. I never thought I could find myconfidence again. For the same care I received here, I never could have afforded back home. At home, I would have to wait a month before I could see a specialist. Almost everyday spoke English, which was a hige relief.

This is our first time to Penang but the hospital staff welcoming us was friendly and explained all the procedures clearly. Many people speak Bahasa Indonesia there, help you in all queries. It shows how Malaysia really appreciates their visitors.

Many people travel to Malaysia for medical treatment because it is closer and it is affordable. I have 4 family members who have done surgery there. The doctors are skilled and the nurses are very nice, friendly. If we don't have transportation there, the hospital will provide us a shuttle bus - it's free.

I've visited more than 20 doctors in my home country but they were unable to diagnose the illness. When we visited Penang Adventist Hospital, we were so impressed. I mean everything seemed efficient. We can do anything in one place, within one day only. I no longer have to go back and forth to different hospitals to get the results.
