As soon as I arrived at Gleneagles Ampang on 8th April, I was admitted at the Intensive Care Unit as my condition was critical. After 6 days, I was discharged to the normal ward after completing the procedure and was given special attention the full 20 days I was there, including a sight-seeing excursion around Kuala Lumpur. Frankly speaking, I was very satisfied, and all the doctors and nurses treated me with warmth, as though I was family. It is as though I have received a second chance to live

I am from Palembang, Indonesia, a heart patient of Penang Adventist Hospital (PAH). I have been patronizing PAH for many years. The reason being is, PAH's services is good, the environment is clean and especially, all doctors and nurses are able to speak in Indonesian, which allows me to fully understand without any worries. Even though I was worried and another country, I felt at home. The doctors were kind. They were real professionals and made an effort to nsure that I unerstood what I needed to go through. After my surgery, I stayed for a month to let my body recover. I got hat I wished for. To get better. To heal. To regain my health. To feel healthy. To feel alive once again.

First time to Penang and Loh Guan Lye Hospital. The liaison contact very helpful in helping us started from appointment with doctors and guide us with every single step / procedures , until end of process . The doctor also was very detail and I'm so happy with the result and procedures. The facility in hospital is quite complete and very convenient , like money changer , also provide privately.

Communication wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be While I had to ake frequent visits due to work, we could afford for my wife to stay here for the treatment. It was worth it.

My surgery at Sunway Medical went very well. The International Patient Centre was especially helpful. The medical center is very nice and very well organized. Actually this is the best medical attention I have ever had and I thank you for all your referrals and effort.
